How to have a beautiful smile naturally

Probably everyone wants to have a gorgeous, inviting, happy smile on their face. Preferably naturally so it appears on your face everywhere you go to show it off to anyone you meet. How about you? Would you fancy a beautiful natural smile on your face? Then I have some good news for you! I’m about to give you a few tips and tricks to get that wonderful happy smile on YOUR face!


Why would you want to have a natural smile?
Here’s one good reason: it makes you feel more happy, naturally. Smiling has proven to release certain chemicals in our body who are responsible for the feeling of happiness. People who smile more, and more often are happier. Several studies confirm this assumption as well. Another reason would be: if you smile a lot it makes people around you happier! And when people are happy whenever you are around, they want to spend time with you and ultimately care for and love you more. Isn’t it wonderful how much just a little smile can do?!

Always start with a healthy diet
A healthy diet is not only important for your inner body, but for the outside as well! Healthy food intake, especially organic foods make you look healthier, more beautiful and make you appear younger. Here are a few healthy food tips summarized:

  • Avoid snacking between meals, apart from most snacks being not too good in nutritional value, in-between snacks also make your dietary system to get inbalanced. If you really really REALLY feel the urge to snack, be sure to make them healthy Instead of snacking on harmful junk food. Did you ever try to chew on fresh nuts, drued fruits and raw vegetables, especially the crunchy ones? Apples, pears, celery and carrots are good suggestions as well. They will help you a great way in your enzyme production while the natural chewing of the crunchy foods will greatly stimulate the gums.
  • Brush and floss your teeth carefully for at least five minutes after every meal. Keep your teeth look clean and white while keeping your breath in great shape as well.
  • Drink plenty and plenty and plenty of water. Keep your mouth moist during the entire day, avoid a dry mouth at all cost. Remember that a dry mouth is a harbinger of dental diseases and nasty smells. Moreover,e also need that water to stimulate the production of saliva. 
  • Avoid drinking soda drinks. Especially Americans consume liters of soda pop a day, which is VERY UNHEALTHY!! Most of them are loaded with sugar which obviously leads to dental diseases and discolored teeth. Please don’t be fooled by a “diet soke” label. Even those contain humongous amounts of acids that are extremely deadly to the weak enamel on your teeth.

  • And, if you thought for a moment that only sodas are the culprit, think again! A recent research project concluded that all those popular sports drinks we buy, such as AA drink, may not be such a good idea after all as well. They may re-hydrate your body very well, but they can also cause irreversible damage to the dental enamel. The research project reports that fitness waters, sports drinks and energy drinks  increase the risk of severe damage by anywhere from 3 to 11 times!!!

So, do you want to have beautiful teeth that compliment your outstanding smile? Then watch carefully what you eat and drink!

Smile more often to get a natural smile
Anything you do a lot, and for a long span of time becomes a habit. This is called “conditioning”in psychology. So if you want to get a natural smile to appear on your facxe wherever you go, making everyone you meet a little more happy, then do it consciously for a few weeks. A nice trick I heard from a friend: She actually used a permanent marker to draw two smiling lips on her hand and whenever she looked at her hand, she reminded herself to smile. After a while she started to get used to the smiling and within a matter of two months she really didn’t even know any better then to show her beautiful happy smiling face wherever and whenever.

You can do this too! Okay, you won’t have to draw those smiling lips on your hand if you don’t want to, but at least create some sort of reminder for yourself that helps you to remember to smile throughout the day. Buy a new watch in a happy color and mentally link that to your new found habit to smile... I’m sure you’ll find your own way of doing thing! One thing is for sure, if you keep on reminding yourself to put that awesome smile on your face it won’t take very long before it starts to appear naturally!
