FID stands for "Radio Frequency IDentification". This is a technology that is increasingly used as a method of personal identification, to make payments / on-the-spot tansactions or even at borders to enter a country without needing a passport. The idea was initially that the RFID chip would contain a library worth of personal / private information such as personal details, fingerprints, identification photos and for instance medical records. But we are seeing more and more of these "private data" being stored in large cloud databases instead (like "the Beast" for instance) while only the most critical identification details are actually stored on the implanted (or un-implanted) microchip itself. We see that for example most countries that have implemented RFID as an immigration / border crossing method, choose to store entry- and exit logs onto their own systems. Same also counts for hospitals, banks, et. al.<br />

What are the risks of RFID chips?</h3>

Okay, so as I explained above RFID chips use radio frequency waves to transmit information and in addition, the latest models of <b>chip implants</b> are even equipped with self-powered 3G and GPS nanochips. All those "waves" are actually extremely devestating to our body, our organs and tissue. And it even causes cancer in the long run! Which is in fact no different from smart phones, smart watches, smart glasses or smart jewelry... except that these are worn externally and thus a "little bit" less intrusive. What is the difference between vulva and vagina?</h3>
The <b>vulva</b> is basically the <b>exterior of your pussy</b>, while the vagina is the interior (pictured above). In this short piece I'm going to lay out for you the various components that make up your physical fitness as a whole. We can sub-categorize these into two sections, namely health related and skill related, each of those containing ficve or six <b>components of physical fitness</b>, in total eleven. Because each of these twelve can be measured and improved, they are all considered full (and equal) components of pohysical fitness. By accomplishing a high level (above average) in at least three components in each group one will be entitled "physical fit". In the US Navy Seals, one would be required to excell in all 11 physical fitness components.<br />

On the <b>physical health level:</b><br />

<li><b>Body composition</b><br />The percentage of bone, fat, water and muscles in your body</li>
<li><b>Cardio-respiratory endurance</b><br />The ability of your heart, lungs and blood-vessels to transport the required amount of oxygen, for a longer time-span, in order to get rid of the waste product that are building up in your muscles</li>
<li><b>Muscular endurance</b><br />The ability of your muscles to contract at sub-maximum resistance over a longer period of time. We measure this is number of repetitions agains resistance</li>
<li><b>Muscular strength</b><br />Maximum force / resistance / tension that can be generated by a muscle or muscle-group</li>
<li><b>Flexibility</b><br />The specific range of motion (elasticity) of a specific joint, measured in degrees</li>
</ul>

On the <b>physical skills level</b><br />

creams</i>, acne medicines, acne home remedies, or even a good bath with a <i>loofah sponge</i>. <br />

The second very important step you need to take in your acne treatment is <b>unclogging your pores</b>. There are a few
good topical acne creams available that can be used to unclog pores, usually
the slightly more expensive ones. Most of those products contain <i>retinoids</i> which is made from Vitamin A
or sometimes also microbial elements like Benzoyl Peroxide. These acne creams will
penetrate deep into your skin and will then start to unclog the inflamed pores.<br />
<br />
The very reason why skin pores need to be unclogged or unblocked on a regular
basis (which is different for each one of us) is because acne is ein essence
the result of a pore that has become blocked with oil (also called <i>sebum</i>) and dead skin. This blockage is then
infested by thousands of bacteria (they need to eat and reproduce as well!)
which results in the inflammatory reaction we commonly refer to as acne, <b>zits</b>, and <b>pimples</b>.<br />

After exfoliating the top layer of your skin and unclogging the skin’s pores,
the third and last last step you need to take in <b>ridding yourself of acne</b> is to apply a deep penetrating and
conditioning skin lotion, which is specifically formulated to thoroughly
cleanse, your skin, the pores as well as to reduce any redness, irritation and
/ or dryness that may have occurred during the first two steps. Depending on
which acne treatment cream / product you decide to use, the lotion could also
contain a particular topical cleansing agent such as Benzoyl Peroxide to
further medicate and cleanse the inflamed area’s of your skin. When it
does, please make sure that you don’t skip the second step and leave it all to
the lotion. ALL 3 STEPS are of similar importance!!<br />

of the bottom line of your breasts (rib level). Keep the weight close to your
body, a few centimeters away. In other words, closer towards your heels then

Now, imagine you are going to sit in a chair, bringing your
butt backwards and down at the same time. Bend your knees. Hold that position
for five seconds and come back up again. Do it slowly, there must be sufficient

exercise about fifteen times a set, taking a 3 – 5 minute break and repeating
the set of 15 exercises again. Five to ten sets a day. This is a typical squat
exercise which is very effective.</div>

take a chair and go stand on it while holding the back of the chair with a firm
grip. Now, what you do next is dropping the leg with the weight around its
ankle in a way that it sort of dangles halfway mid air.</div>

backwards to make an angle of about 90 degrees. Hold this position for fifteen

five to ten sets daily for each leg with a break of five to ten minutes between
each set. This is a typical hamstring exercise.</div>

<b>What are free radicals?</b><br />
Nature's molecules including those in our bodies typically have two electrons but the effects of environmental harm, some of the molecules end up having only one electron. They're “free” from its balancing partner and unstable (“radical”) as a result of that.<br />
When these unstable molecules come in contact with healthy molecules, the free radical electron will attempt to pull one electron away from the healthy molecule in an effort to stabilize itself. That creates a chain reaction as more molecules become unbalanced. This damaging process is known as oxidative stress.<br />

<b>What are antioxidants?</b><br />
In comparison with regular molecules, antioxidants are equipped with one extra electron which they can "donate" to the free radical molecules and in that way counteract the oxidative stress. However, in this process of replacement, the genes that are carried in each and every cell get shorter and shorter upon each and every dividing cycle. <li>Your favorite eye-shadow</li>
<li>Food coloring of your choice</li>
<li>Food flavoring of your choice</li>
<li>A microwave</li>
<li>A small tupperware</li>
<li>A teaspoon</li>
</ul>
Have all that? We're now going to start making own homemade lipstick!<br />

<li>Mix about four to five teaspoons of your eyeshadow with four to five teaspoons of petroleum jelly in the small tupperware. You can use more of less upon you requirement, but try to keep a 50/50 balance.</li>
<li>Heat the mixed content of the tupperware in your microwave for about ten seconds</li>
<li>Take it out, mix it again and make sure there's no cluttering</li>
<li>Now add a few drops of food coloring and food flavoring to give your lipstick mix a nice color and taste</li>
<li>Mix everything again using the teaspoon, the coloring should be evenly spread thhroughout the lipstick mix</li>
<li>Optionally add a few drops of fragrance to make your lipstick smell way awesome!</li>
<li>Microwave all of it again for about ten seconds and stir again</li>
<li>Now, transfer the warm lipstick liquid into an empty lipstick cylinder</li>
<li>Place inside the fridge for about half an hour, your lipstick should now be in a solid grease state.</li>

All done! Congratulations!
